Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Myth Lights / Myth Waves account (app package com.mythlights.mythwaves) and the data associated with it.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app (instant)

The fastest way. Your account and all associated data are removed immediately.

  1. Open the Myth Waves app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Help menu.
  3. Tap “Delete Account” (red delete icon at the bottom).
  4. Confirm the action. Your account and data are deleted right away.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer sign in to the app, send us a deletion request and we will process it for you.

Send an email from the address registered to your account with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. We will verify and complete the deletion within 30 days (typically much sooner).

🔒 When you delete your account, all of the above is removed. We do not keep backups for marketing or commercial use. Some records may be retained only where required by law, and only for the minimum legally required period.

Retention & timing

In-app deletion is immediate. Email-based requests are completed within 30 days at the latest. After deletion, your data cannot be recovered.
